[The Intense Summer] VANCOUVER DAY 4

Since I had slept for most of the duration of the 10-hour flight back to Vancouver, I was pretty much wide awake until 5 AM on the night that we arrived.
Needless to say, I was more than just a bit tired by the end of the day when my second uncle took us out to sushi in Steveston for dinner.

Mega featured an intricate selection fusion sushi dishes; its most popular dish was the Mega Tower, which featured layers of finely diced salmon and tuna sashimi atop a bed of greens. The sashimi tower was intended to be mixed in with the salad and dressing by the customers themselves prior to consuming. It was the first time I had laid eyes on such a unique dish.

Quite frankly, I can't remember too much from this dinner besides the fact that I had been too drowsy to eat any more besides a few bites of the Mega Tower and one or two "Sexy Rolls" (overly sweet cubed tamago and fake crab meat wrapped in cucumber skin).
