As ATT 4 Fun happened to be conveniently located right across from the Taipei 101 Observatory, I only needed to cross the street before I was able to experience everything that the somewhat-new mall had to offer.
As there were close to no food options at ATT that did not require waiting in line, I picked up a black sesame soft serve after arriving at Hankyu.
