After morning errands were finished, I suggested trying out a new place for lunch: Go For Tea.
The strange choice of music also caught my eyes - well, ears. To avoid classifying the style into an inappropriate genre, I will simply state the the tunes were more fitting for a cozy Moroccan diner than a sophisticated afternoon tea joint.
Service was decently fast, and our waiter attended to us in a timely manner, though not always with the most friendliest expression.
Food-wise, all three items that we ordered were of excellent quality: the Hot Mixed Fruit Tea soothed our senses while leaving a tangy yet slightly sweet in our mouths, and the Black Sesame Thick Toast was just a bundle of crispy, fragrant goodness (if that description even makes sense). The Minced Pork with Vermicelli in Soup contained a fewer amount of toppings than I would have liked, but was just the perfect size to share among two people, especially when neither eat much.
I can definitely see myself returning for their food, but do not anticipate seeing splashed seats again. (Let's just hope someone notices the extremely distinct dots on the otherwise beige seats and wipes them clean.)
Returning back to Mississauga for one more quick errand at the mall, I picked up a Honey Pudding Milk Tea w/ mini tapioca and grass jelly from my favourite bubble tea joint, Bubble Republic.
