Last week was pretty crazy - never have I met up with so many people in such a short period of time! And while I didn't quite enjoy eating out so often, it was really great to finally be able to spend time with friends that you're rarely able to have a decent conversation with throughout the school year.
For the first time in months, I was able to meet up with a good friend of mine and spend some time together browsing the Village Station Bazaar that took place in downtown Hamilton this past Sunday.
One of my fave stands was the one hosted by the Jelly Bros; it had some amazing local map artwork and photography in addition to buttons and magnets representative of the Hamilton culture.
I also found a piece of fabric with a colourful Japanese print on it for a steal! (Can't wait to use it for my next food photography project!!)
Before browsing through the bazaar, we actually stopped for lunch at Cafe Oranje. Coincidentally, they were the ones hosting the event and we ended seeing the people there later on as well (haha).
Following our trip through the bazaar, we stopped by Eat Me! for some ornate-looking mousse cakes.
But to finish off this post, here's a bonus pic of a Mozart figure we spotted behind a soiled store window on the way back to the bus stop:
