A breakfast of a Kam Do Pineapple Bun and pour over using East Van Roasters' Empress blend eased me into the morning. Even after settling into the morning though, I didn't feel like doing much.
While the opportunity to hop onto the SkyTrain and roam Gastown until reaching my friend's recommendation of Nemesis was still plausible, motivation levels had hit rock bottom. Feeling slightly tired and wholly inconvenienced by the, at best, hourly operations of the 414 bus and grueling commute, the day was spent at home instead.
I readied myself for departure instead, depleting leftovers, undertaking cleaning operations and inventory checks, and stashing items away for the next visit. Periodically, I'd rise from my position perched over the laptop to try my hand at the ABCD choreography. A gauze wrap protected the permanent ahgase marking, which had just begun to scab and shed.

Approximately 23 minutes was spent on the treadmill, briskly walking on an incline while listening to Nayeon's new EP.
